About Course

Introduction to Personal Hygiene and Cleanliness.

Good personal hygiene simply means keeping our bodies, clothes, and surroundings clean. Every day, we do things like bathing, brushing our teeth, washing our hands and clothes. These are called personal hygiene practices.

Keeping our bodies and surroundings clean helps us stay healthy, feel fresh, and look neat. When we are clean, people enjoy being around us, and we avoid germs that can cause sickness. Cleanliness is not just about our bodies—it also includes our clothes, the food we eat, and the environment we live in.

So today, we will be learning more on how to take care of ourselves and why it is very important to stay clean all the time.
